You can't. The writers were so ashamed of their
work after the episode was filme they burnt everyting.

...well..all of them! :)
I've never watched ER, so I just bought the DVD's to start watching
it!
I'm italian and I thought that with the scripts on hand, it would be
much easier!

Scripts are sometimes found on E-bay, but they are from older seasons.
Current season scripts are tightly held by ER and company.
