Dear Sir;
How are you?
I am from Amman/ Jordan
I would like to consult you about my father case which the doctors
couldn't diagnose.

* In 1996 an operation was made to remove a part from the right lung,
and they took a sample and there were benign tumor.
* After the operation in a while he began to feel some stiffs which
started from the right side then spread to the left side from the
chest (the outsider muscle which lies under the heart in about 7 cm).
* After that a hard pain started in that area in about 4cm2 and small
swollen which led to stop the breathing for one minute then the
breathing get back normally and it didn't stop anymore.
* After that the pain reached to the right shoulder and the top of the
right hand then reached to the left shoulder and the top of the left
hand (the pain was centered in the right side).
* The pain has continued to weeks then stop for months then gets back
and continues for other weeks.
* The source of the pain started from the top until it reached the
legs, and within that a hard pain centered in the joint of the right
leg (in the Ilium) and he wasn't able to walk unless he used a stick.
* In the last time (2007) the hard pain got back again and extended to
(Ilium) on the joint of the right leg.
* In this time he felt a headache someday and vomited then he began
to see things doubled after that (after few days) he recovered from
headache and began to see things normally. We visited the doctor and
made MRI for the brain and the doctor discovered that there is no any
brain attack.
* Notice: Now the pain continues without stopping from 2 months and
doesn't stop even if you use any medicine.
* In the last two weeks he began to feel some difficulty in the
process of stool with a hard pain in the anal to the inside in about
10 cm as it is afire, as if it is (piles), and my father began to
refuse eating because he can't stool due to the hard pain in the anal
area.
* My father doesn't feel any trouble in his nerves or heart, and he
doesn't have diabetic, and he has soft hypertension and it is stable.

My father now is in Al Hussein Medical Center in Amman/ Jordan, he was
entered to it before two months ago and it is the greatest medical
building, without reached to accurate diagnose until this moment. They
gave him morphine which has a bad effect on his memory and speaking.
The tests that made to him are attached with the letter, so please
open attachment.

Please, I want a medical consultation from a medical team whom you
trust. We are ready for any medical tests or any other things.

Thank you very much in advance.

If you're asking the folks at ER to help you, you really must be in bad
shape.
I'd point out so many of the countries in the Middle East have
spent so much money on their militaries and ways to destroy
Israel that the infrastructure like Medical care is very scarce.
(Arafat when he was gravely ill had to go to Paris for care, of course
they have excellent medical care in Israel but Arafat in his infinite
wisdom burned that bridge years earlier.)

By and large the priority for these countries is the
destruction of Israel, not the health of their own
citizens.

Let me start again.

If you are asking for help from MEDICAL PERSONNEL FROM A TELEVISION SHOW
(whose patients die regularly anyway)... you must be in bad shape.

A couple of comments on this:
1. No matter who it is from I never open attachments. They get
deleted unopened. Period. End of story.
2. You really need to see another doctor about this. The only way
to really diagnos the problem is for a doctor to do a thorough exam
Including various tests. Now that may not be an option in Jordan,
i'd strongly consider going to Paris or Germany to get a consult if
the patient is able to travel and you can afford it. But only a
doctor can diagnose this.

in person after various tests,
