Watching re-runs before I leave for work I am reminded of the episode
with Galant's entrance; the one with a security guard who tries suicide
it affects Luka's friend who's father also hung himself. Remember this ep?

OK, well another story line within the same episode is the Med/Law
student (her parents wont pay for the Med tuition unless she _also_
follows in their lawyerly footsteps.) Well, girly-girl is feeling the
weight and is acting out in harmful ways. (Man, what a bummer, she was
going to be my poster girl for a return of a marginal, one shot
character return.)

I forget right now what her exit stage left situation will be but I
still like her over-achieving, Kirk Douglas chin dimple having, Black
haired/ Blue eyed, 'smart as a whip but in over her head and
compensating' way of emoting.

What got me to write this in the 1st place is the idea that I'd like to
see her pop back up again. Best would be if we could see her over her
troubles and successful and all that. In fact I was 1st struck as a
suitable 'John found love again'.

Wait, wait, wait... Galant comes over as she is 'de-stress-ifying' in a
gurney bed and offers to help with her studies for an upcoming exam...

But wait, wait, wait. Galant is no more. <sigh>

Any way this is the ep where Sandy and Kerry meet cute. We can go out on
an upnote.

Here is a thought: the character returns representing a patient
who is suing Abbey and the hospital.

Seems the character is not only a doctor but is now a lawyer.

That will come in handy in Medical malpractice cases.

(We have one lawyer here who advertises that he is
also a doctor.)
