I was watching an old episode and was wondering how many
men on ER rushed in to pay Abbey's tuition when she
couldn't do it?

It's been a while but i believe Luca did, Carter did,
Abbey asked her ex-husbaand.

Anyone i'm missing?

That's about right. Luka offered and she acted extremely offended. Later,
Carter paid for her last bit of med school after their breakup, but that was
apparently OK with her. I don't think her ex actually paid for her med
school, he just cosigned her loans.
