As an online seller (ebay id: orangehornet, Amazon id:
orangehornet57), I come across a lot of audio cassettes. I recently
found some from Turkey. One was by Kerim Tekin. According to
Wikipedia, he got killed in a car accident in 1998.
Perhaps someone could post a picture here. He looked a little like
our favorite Croatian doctor. Is there a chance Luka could have
relatives in Turkey? Right off I don't remember how close the countries
are geographically.

Sincerely,
Darren Thornton

A transparently hopeless attempt at disguising spam advertising. :-(

C'mon now! I've been part of this ng at least two years before I
became a seller. That information is just a little something extra. My
state has a word for it. I'd have to check the spelling first. I can't
stand spam either.
There are clips of this singer at YouTube. Has anyone taken a
look? Surely someone else noticed the resemblance. Maybe Luka can
sing.

Sincerely,
Darren Thornton

I only recall GV singing in "Practical Magic"... though he was
supposed to be $h!tfaced in that scene.

The resemblance is plausible, but really... a good percentage of that
general area's population looks the same to me. Italian, Greek,
Turkish, whatever - those Moors got around.
