I was just watching Abbey with the snow globe and it reminded
me how this series will end:

We see Abbey wake up in bed and say "I had the strangest dream"
"Uncle Jessie, you were there, Uncle John you were there too.
And so were you Luca."

At that point the camera pans out and we see an autistic kid
looking into a snow globe.

Or, to misquote Futurama, "I was having the most wonderful dream.
Except (points at Jesse) you were there, and (points at Luka) and you
were there, and (points at John) you were there."

I still like the idea of the series turning out to be a romance novel
written by somebody whose store of medical knowledge was gleaned from
questionable sources like Wikipedia (thus explaining some of the crap
we've seen over the years). Never happen, of course, but it's fun to
imagine it.
