I recorded the season premier of ER and wanted to know who the artist
was on the final song of the ep. I had planned on looking it up but
then erased the episode, before I did that. Seems like it was old Bob
Dylan cut, but don't remember. Thanks for any help.

I bet it was "Battleflag" by the Lo-Fidelity All-Stars.

;-P

(NOTE: Newcomers to a.t.e. aren't going to get the joke the way long-
term regulars will...)

I was gonna go there, but decided not to. Mainly because my computer was
bogged down in an update so I didn't wanna google to make sure I picked the
right song title.

Do you mean "the times they are a changin'," which was playing at
Ike's? Sounded like Richie Havens singing.

Good pickup...

http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0369784/

FWIW, Havens sang the same song in an episode of THE WEST WING, titled
"Election Night" (It's the episode where the dead congressman from
California is elected, setting up Sam Seaborn's exit from the show,
since he told the widow he'd fill the seat, which sets up Will Bailey's
entry to the show, as he takes over Sam's job as Deputy Commnunications
Director... this is also the episode where Donna, Josh's assistant,
accidentally votes for the wrong party, and she goes in search of
someone to "swap" votes with, setting up the short Christian Slater [as
Cmdr. Jack Reese] storyline).

I keep hearing this question about various shows. Is there a web
site that chronicles music used on various shows?

An IMDB for music?

http://er.neoxer.com/ is still up, although it doesn't seem to have
been updated past sometime around the end of last season.
